  • Gold-plated and anti-tarnish fashion jewellery

  • American Diamond (AD) jewellery

Each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted. Product descriptions clearly state the material, finish, and composition.

  • 92.5 Sterling Silver contains 92.5% pure silver, alloyed for durability.

  • Gold-plated and AD jewellery are not solid gold or real diamonds unless explicitly stated.

  • All product images are representational. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen differences, and handcrafted detailing.

Such variations are a natural part of artisanal jewellery and do not indicate a defect.

2. Silver Jewellery & Natural Oxidation

Silver is a precious metal that may naturally oxidize or darken over time.

  • Oxidation is a characteristic of genuine silver, not a flaw.

  • Environmental factors such as humidity, air exposure, perfumes, sweat, or moisture may accelerate this process.

  • Oxidation, tarnishing, or dullness does not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.

Regular gentle cleaning and proper storage can help maintain its brilliance.

3. Plating, Finish & Wear

Gold plating, rose gold plating, and surface finishes are non-permanent treatments.

  • Plating longevity varies depending on usage and care.

  • Fading, color change, or surface wear due to regular use is considered normal wear and tear.

  • SATI does not provide a guarantee on plating life.

4. Size, Weight & Measurements

  • All measurements and weights mentioned are approximate.

  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size (rings, bangles, chains).

  • Size-related concerns are not eligible for return or refund, unless an incorrect item was delivered.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR.

  • Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

  • SATI reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:

    • pricing errors

    • stock unavailability

    • suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within the stated processing time mentioned on the website.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier services, location, festivals, or unforeseen delays.

  • SATI is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners once the order has been shipped.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Damages

Due to the delicate and personal nature of jewellery:

  • All jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Exchanges or replacements are accepted only in cases of:

    • manufacturing defects

    • damage during transit

    • incorrect item received

Mandatory conditions for claims:

  • An unedited unboxing video, recorded from opening the sealed package.

  • Claim raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

8. Care & Usage Disclaimer

Customers are advised to:

  • Store jewellery in a dry, airtight box.

  • Avoid contact with water, perfume, makeup, and chemicals.

SATI is not liable for damage caused due to improper handling or storage.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, images, videos, text, and logos — is the exclusive intellectual property of SATI.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

SATI shall not be liable for:

  • oxidation or wear due to environmental exposure or usage
