Return Policy

 

  • Return or Exchange is accepted only if:

    • item is damaged during transit, or

    • an incorrect product is delivered.

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

  • Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • 92.5 silver may naturally oxidize over time; this is not a defect.

  • Plating fade, size issues, wear & tear are not eligible for exchange.
